2. Our Service Description

BySelling.com is a lead-generation and valuation platform. We use an algorithmic engine to provide an estimated market value for commercial vehicles and campervans. We then transmit your vehicle details and contact information to our network of verified third-party dealerships who may present you with an offer to purchase.

3. Valuations are Estimates

The valuation range provided by our algorithm is an estimate based on market data and the details you provide. It is not a legally binding offer to purchase your vehicle. Final offers are made strictly at the discretion of our third-party dealership partners, usually subject to a physical appraisal of the vehicle.

4. Limitation of Liability

BySelling.com is not a party to the actual sale transaction between you and the dealership. We hold no liability for the completion of the sale, the final price negotiated, or any disputes arising between the seller and the buyer.

5. Dealership Network Application

Dealerships applying to our network must provide accurate business details. BySelling.com reserves the right to accept, reject, or terminate any dealership from our lead distribution network at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
